Oktober 2011, Lenka Konser Lagi di Jakarta

Kapanlagi.com - Setelah sukses membawa sejumlah musisi papan atas ke Indonesia seperti Kylie Minogue, Hurts, dan B.o.B, MP Entertainment akan kembali mengusung salah satu musisi terbaik lainnya di tahun 2011. Dijadwalkan, Lenka bakal hadir di Indonesia lagi pada Oktober mendatang.

Ini memang bukan pertama kali Lenka ke Indonesia. Sebelumnya, pelantun Trouble Is A Friend itu pernah menggebrak panggung Indiefest 2009 lalu. Namun karena banyaknya permintaan dan tawaran musik baru oleh Lenka sendiri, MP Enter berani mendatangkan musisi asal Australia itu lagi.

"Dia upcoming artist. Dulu dia pernah tampil di Indiefest, dan kita lihat ini sebuah kesempatan bagus bagi kita untuk menunjukkan suatu musik yang baru, karena mereka sendiri bilang akan menyuguhkan suguhan berbeda," ungkap Dani Suagiarso di Pitstop Hotel Sari Pan Pacific, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (25/7).

Diakui Dani, MP Enter sebenarnya sudah punya banyak project. Namun promotor satu ini masih memilih untuk fokus di musisi-musisi yang sedang berkembang. "Tapi tidak tutup kemungkinan yang sudah populer juga," ujarnya.

Lalu, keunikan seperti apakah yang akan dibawa Lenka nantinya? "Mereka lebih pro aktif," kata Dani sambil tersenyum.

Konser Lenka bertajuk Two Tour rencananya akan digelar pada 5 Oktober 2011 di JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. Sejauh ini, masih belum diumumkan berapa harga tiket yang dipatok pihak promotor. (kpl/ato/boo)
